Full Job Description

Lifetime Quality Roofing, the fastest growing roofing company in the state of Ohio is looking for a National Sales Manager to join our growing team. The National Sales Manager will oversee sales activities company-wide and manage location and distributors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Hires and trains sales representatives and managers in all territories.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Handles discipline and termination of sales staff as needed and in accordance with company policy.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitors existing roofing accounts and regularly communicates with sales managers in all territories.
  • Works to establish new commercial accounts in all territories.
  • Works toward increasing sales growth in the company at an established rate determined by ownership.
  • Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for all managers and sales representatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Travel a minimum of 50% in support of territory development.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of outside sales experience required, as well as at least 5 years of sales management experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle.
  • Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
