Lifetime Quality Roofing is currently looking for a Call Center Representative to join our growing family. Lifetime is an expert provider of emergency services and insurance restoration work, as well as quality siding, roofing, and gutters.   • Ask the appropriate questions and perform accurate data entry of all required customer information
  • Schedule appointments at the homeowners desired time with the appropriate salesman
  • Send mass emails to homeowners in archived statuses with information to schedule an inspection
  • Use current CRM to record customers and appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to every homeowner
  • Manage and send out mailers

Education Requirements

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience Requirements

  • Experience with Google Suite programs is preferred

  • Ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
  • Data entry
  • Ability to handle/direct homeowners with any questions, inquiries or concerns.
