After some recent storms, I noticed some water spots on the ceiling. Lifetime Quality Roofing came and gave me an inspection. Jesse Stokes inspected the roof, showed me the damaged areas, and also pointed out other problems areas. Jesse was my "go to guy" if I had any questions. My insurance company was contacted, they sent out their inspectors and agreed the roof needed replaced. The work was completed in one day. The work crew was efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Chris said our roof looked good and didn't see any storm damage. Chris is very knowledgeable and explained what type of roof we actually have. He thanked us for his time and was quickly on his way. I have to commend Keith Oliver. Lifetime has been working through details with my insurance carrier . Insurance carrier seemed to find every reason to decline my claim. Keith has been patient and has explained the process many insurance carriers go through when a customer has an insurance claim. At each step he has informed me of what lifetime has done to respond to these issues quoting Ohio construction roofing codes. He even went through a processOf comparing the shingles my carrier suggested as a replacement to my current shingles with a clear and detailed explanation as to why their recommendation did not match , ultimately resulting in the carrier approving my full claim. Keiths communication with me has been timely, his explanations clear and helpful. I appreciate the extra effort he takes in dealing with meas a customer. I highly recommend and appt Keith's efforts and Lifetime Quality roofing, and will share my experiences with others . Read Less

Professional, prompt, exceptional work ethic, excellent communication. What more could you want? Chris did all the footwork and paperwork with our insurance company eliminating that hassle. The workers were hard working, kind and respectful. The clean up was amazing. They went around our house multiple times picking up the trash and more importantly the nails that may have dropped. All in one day. We had one cosmetic issue, Ken came and fixed this to my satisfaction with expertise. The whole job from start to finish was extremely satisfying as a customer. I highly recommend this company and their wonderful service team! You will not be disappointed. Read Less
