They did my roof replacement after a hail storm last April and my experience was good. The process was somehow smooth from the inspection up to the roof installation. They were able to make my insurance cover everything. The only problem I had was when they did not install the vent cap on my garage roof. Good thing I noticed it right away and they were able to install it after a few days. Read Less

We chose this company to replace our roof, and while the roof itself appears to have been installed well, the customer service after the installation has been incredibly disappointing. Our roof was replaced on 6/29. The very next day (6/30), I sent photos to our salesperson showing stains that had been left all over our siding on three sides of the house. On 7/1, he called and assured me they would make it right and have the siding cleaned. After hearing nothing, I followed up on 7/7 and was told it had already been cleaned and that he would stop by to inspect it. Later that day, he sent me photos that clearly showed the stains were still there. He agreed the issue had not been resolved. I reached out again on 7/8 and was told they would take care of it and be in touch soon. After another five days with no update, I followed up on 7/13. My message was read but never answered. Today (7/14), I called the office. A woman returned my call and told me she had spoken with the sales team and discovered that no one had actually come out to clean the siding at all. She assured me someone would be there that same day. I stayed home all day so I could point out every area that needed attention, but no one ever showed up. Since then, my calls to both the office and the woman who called me have gone unanswered, and my salesperson has again left my text message on read. At this point, I’m making payments on an expensive new roof while my home’s siding is still covered in stains caused during the installation. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable—I simply want the damage cleaned up or repaired as promised. I’m hoping this review gets someone’s attention so this issue can finally be resolved. Edit: The siding was finally power washed on 7/27. This did not resolve the issue and the stains have improved, but remain. As of 8/10, I continue to be told someone will be back with me soon and then no answer. I would just like any sort of update even if it is “we need to revisit this in 30 days”. Read Less

A representative for Lifetime Quality Roofing violated Lyndhurst Municipal Code 755.08(a) by approaching my home despite a clearly posted No Soliciting sign, then denied he was soliciting while continuing his sales pitch. Wouldn't leave after I repeatedly said I wasn't interested. Had to contact Lyndhurst Police non-emergency after the fact to have him removed from the neighborhood. This was his second visit — he was told no the first time as well with similar behavior. Business card and doorbell video available. Read Less

Roof replacement was made so easy working with Mark McClain was very rewarding, he got us a new roof thru our insurance company so fast. We had no idea of the damage we had, till Mark inspected our roof and most of the damage was cause from high winds and storms we had back in March of this year. Mark is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, quick with making everything come together and always follows thru with any questions and concerns. Using this company to replace my roof, left me with great relief, knowing my home has a brand new wonderfully priced roof for around 13,000$, and peace of mind for many years to come. Eli at Lifetime Quality Roofing in Independence , Ohio was outstanding to work with. He is very personable, knowledgeable & is a genuinely nice young man! He worked hard to get my roof replaced after the storm damage. The roofing team was great too. They got here at 7 am & worked very hard & without breaks until the job was finished about 3:30. They cleaned everything up very well, including using a magnetic box to get all dropped nails. I would highly recommend LQR to anyone! In fact, everyone on my cul-de-sac is using them. They were able to get our insurance company to cover our home from storm damage and replace our skylights too! Our insurance company would not cover our garage so we paid out of pocket for that, however, the price was VERY reasonable. They completed the home and garage in one day making sure that all debris was picked up including nails, shingles, etc. They even covered our Chinese Maple and entire front flower bed! They were also very considerate about our numerous other flower beds and did not trample any of our flowers. Lifetime Quality Roofing are the BEST roofing company ever!!!
