NEW YORK (June 6, 2025) – Trilantic North America (“Trilantic”), a growth-focused middle market private equity firm, announced today that it has completed a substantial growth investment in Lifetime Quality Roofing and Storm Restoration LLC (“Lifetime Quality Roofing” or “LQR” or “the Company”), a founder-led provider of residential and commercial roof replacement and exterior restoration services.
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Lifetime Quality Roofing was founded in 2015 by current Co-CEOs, Alex Gerhart and Zach Willard and is one of the leading independent platforms of scale in the roofing industry. LQR specializes in residential insurance restoration and in recent years has expanded its offerings to include commercial roofing, non-insurance “retail” roofing, solar, and other ancillary residential and commercial services. Recognized for its rapid growth and dedication to customers, today, LQR operates across six states with over 250 employees.
Trilantic North America’s investment will enable Lifetime Quality Roofing to pursue multiple levers for growth including continued geographic expansion, diversification of its go-to-market strategy, expansion of supplemental services, and strategic M&A.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Citizens acted as financial advisor and Kirkland and Ellis LLP acted as legal advisor to Trilantic North America. Capstone acted as financial advisor and Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP acted as legal advisor to Lifetime Quality Roofing.
