Paul was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every detail clearly, answered all of our questions without pressure, and made what could have been a stressful roofing project feel smooth and organized.The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and the workmanship was top-notch. Communication was excellent the entire time, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction truly matters to this company. This was my first experience with Hi 5 Roofing and the work was completed in 1 day. The next day we had more high winds, I had no issues with my roof. I received the best customer service from Aaron. We were given $10,000 through the grant and received high end impact windows in exchange for it and I have to say it made a huge difference in the temperature of the house and it kept the noise down.
